The box lock frame of our 5" tissue nipper allows for greater control over the 1/2" long jaws. This is our longest tissue nipper jaw length. Hand honed to a razor sharpness that cuts and never crushes or pulls the tissue.  Made of surgical grade stainless steel.  The springs are fine-tuned to be soft yet responcive.  Perfect for surgeries that require the removal of hard-to-cut tissue.
